Stacey Kerber

Ms. Kerber rejoined Republic Financial Corporation as an Associate for Portfolio and Aviation in July 2005, and is responsible for providing market research and analysis and supporting the overall origination process for the team.
In 1999, Ms. Kerber initially began with the Portfolio and Aviation team as a Financial Analyst.
In this role she was responsible for preparing cash flow and sensitivity analyses for aircraft and portfolio related transactions.
In 2001 she was promoted to Senior Acquisitions Analyst focusing on Portfolio Acquisitions for the team with responsibilities for conducting due diligence and providing pricing recommendations for the acquisition of portfolios.
Prior to joining Republic, she worked for a private investment firm heading the operations department where she developed an expertise in data mining and analysis.
Ms. Kerber holds a BS/BA in Business and Music with a minor in Spanish and an MBA from the University of Denver.
