Stephany Yu

Ms. Yu is a Co-founder and General Partner of Sunwater Capital.
Ms. Yu is the founder of Greencourt Development, a Shanghai-based private real estate development and investment company and the controlling shareholder of Shanghai Greencourt Investment Group, a Shanghai-listed asset management company.
During her real estate career, Ms. Yu has developed more than 36 million square feet of residential, commercial, and retail property in China and the United States.
Ms. Yu’s other entrepreneurial activities include the founding of ViiNet, a fintech company helping Chinese allocate assets globally, and Yuan Media, a digital media company.
Ms. Yu is the chairman of the Entrepreneurship and Innovation committee at the International Leadership Foundation and a co-founder of the Sunwater Institute.
