He has also been Assistant Professor of Business Law for both Virginia Polytechnic Institute and the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School.
Mr. Magida attended the University of Pennsylvania, where he received his BS in Economics from The Wharton School and his LLB from Columbia Law School.
