Prior to co-founding Amity, he was a Consultant of Tadpole Entertainment.
Previously, he was an Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of High Five Entertainment and Group Planning Officer of Hearst Entertainment, Inc. and Chief Financial Officer of Kings Features Syndicate.
Before joining Hearst, he worked with Time Life Films.
He began his career with United Artists Television and served as General Manager of Operations.
Mr. Elsky received an undergraduate degree from Pace University.
