Kennedy is Partner at E2M Partners LLC.
Prior to joining E2M, Mr. Kennedy was a principal and vice president of Eiger, a sponsor and manager of real estate funds.
Prior to Eiger, he was vice president of Rosewood Property Company, a vertically integrated real estate operating, development, and investment company; and, project controller in the office and hotel/resort divisions of Criswell Development Company, a real estate development and management company.
Mr. Kennedy began his career as operations analyst for Freedom Financial Corporation, a Dallas-based timeshare resort developer and operator.
Mr. Kennedy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
He is past president and a current board member of the Real Estate Financial Executives Association and a member of the Greater Dallas Planning Council.
