Dr. Thomas Niebel is a Senior Researcher at Zentrum für Europäische Wirtschaftsforschung GmbH.

In 2014, he graduated from the Goethe University of Frankfurt with a doctoral thesis entitled “Essays on Information and Communication Technologies, Services and Growth”.
