He began his legal practice as an associate with the national firm Arter & Hadden, LLP.
Mr. Eastman earned his J.D.
from the California Western School of Law in 1997, where he graduated magna cum laude.
Mr. Eastman was also a writer and staff editor for the California Western Law Review.
He received his B.A.
in international relations from the University of California, Davis in 1986.
