Todd Wooten

Prior to joining Chatham, Mr. Wooten was a Senior Vice President at LaSalle Business Credit’s (formerly Mellon Business Credit’s) Atlanta office for over nine years, where he was responsible for the origination and structuring of senior secured, second lien and cash flow loans for middle market companies.
During his tenure, he was responsible for the closing of over 45 transactions with commitments totaling over $550 million.
Prior to LaSalle, Mr. Wooten held similar positions with Heller Financial and C&S National Bank (a predecessor to Bank of America).
Mr. Wooten graduated from the McIntire School of Commerce at the University of Virginia with a B.S.
in Commerce with a concentration in Finance.
