Mr. Tony Slocombe is the Head of Retirement Solutions at Heartwood Wealth Management Ltd.
He has worked for life assurance companies and actuarial & pension consultancies, with a strong emphasis on pensions technical guidance and retirement solutions.
In recent years, the primary focus of his work has been in the provision and supervision of personal financial planning services, with particular emphasis on SIPPs and SSASs.
Mr. Slocombe graduated with a degree in Economics and Politics from Southampton University.
He was one of the first group of financial planners to become a Chartered Financial Planner when this first became possible in 2005, and is a Fellow of the Personal Finance Society by examination - their highest level of designation.
He obtained his Master's degree in Financial Services from the Napier University Business School in 2007.
