Cominvest Asset Management GmbH (CAM) was an asset management subsidiary of Allianz Global Investors Kapitalanlagegesellschaft, ultimately owned by Allianz SE (FR: ALV). Originally established in 2002 as the asset management subsidiary of Commerzbank AG, the firm was acquired by Allianz in 2008 and integrated into Allianz Global Investors Deutschland GmbH in 2009. Based in Frankfurt, CAM managed institutional funds, mutual funds, pension funds, discretionary portfolios and funds of funds for private individuals and institutional clients.

Allianz Global Investors GmbH (AGI) is an investment management firm headquartered in Frankfurt, Germany. The was founded in 1956 and is a subsidiary of Allianz Asset Management GmbH, which is owned by Allianz SE (ETR: ALV). AGI manages the group's assets and client-focused equity, fixed-income, and balanced portfolios. They also launch and manage equity and fixed-income mutual funds for individual and institutional clients.

VCH Investment Group AG (VCH) is a 1wholly-owned subsidiary of Altira AG located in Frankfurt, Germany. The firm provides institutional clients and private investors with mutual funds, closed-end funds and hedge funds; however the management of most VCH funds is outsourced to third-party managers.
