Vadim S. Margulis

Prior to joining Equifin, Mr. Margulis spent two years at McKinsey & Company as a member of its Corporate Finance and Strategy practice, where he advised a broad range of clients on issues related to strategy, financial management, organization, technology and operations.
Before McKinsey, Mr. Margulis was an investment banker with Bear Stearns in New York, where he was a member of Financial Institutions and Mergers & Acquisitions groups.
He also served financial services companies as a management consultant at Andersen Consulting (now Accenture) and Bartel Management.
Mr. Margulis earned an MBA in Finance from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and a Masters degree in Mathematics and Computer Science with honors from Odessa State University.
