Gavea Investimentos Ltda. (GIL) is an independent investment management firm headquartered in Rio de Janeiro and was founded in 2003. Formerly known as 3F Administracao De Recursos Ltda., the firm was founded in 2003 by Arminio Fraga and Luiz Henrique Fraga.
