Prior to joining Banc of America Securities in 1999, Mr. Steele served as Senior Vice President for the Buckingham Research Group, where he covered consumer products companies.
From 1990 to 1997, he followed household product and cosmetic companies as a first vice president for Dean Witter Reynolds.
He also worked as an Associate Research Analyst covering the automobile industry for Montgomery Securities.
