Jung Feng Chang is on the board of Fubon Financial Holding Co., Ltd.

In his past career he held the position of Director-First Research Division at Chung-Hua Institution for Economic Research and Deputy Secretary General at National Security Council (Taiwan).

He received a doctorate, an undergraduate degree and a graduate degree from National Chengchi University and an undergraduate degree from National Taiwan University.
