Presently, Kang Fang holds the position of Chief Executive Officer of Toppy International Ltd., Chief Executive Officer at Toppy Co. Hong Kong Ltd. and Managing Director at Fantastic Garments Ltd.

He is also on the board of The Wharf (Holdings) Ltd. and The Federation of Hong Kong Garment Manufacturers and Member of Legislative Council of Hong Kong.

Kang Fang previously occupied the position of Member of Hong Kong Tourism Board and Member of Hospital Authority (Hong Kong).

Mr. Fang received a graduate degree and an undergraduate degree from North Carolina State University.
