Presently, Matt J. Zimpfer occupies the position of Executive Vice President & General Counsel at CNO Financial Group, Inc. and Executive Vice President & General Counsel for Conseco Life Insurance Company of Texas (a subsidiary of CNO Financial Group, Inc.).

He is also on the board of Indiana Sports Corp. and Indiana Life & Health Insurance Guaranty Association and Member of Indiana State Bar Association, Member of Defense Research Institute, Inc. and Member of The Association of Life Insurance Counsel.

He previously occupied the position of Managing Partner at Zimpfer Klineman & Wright, Associate at White & Raub LLP and In-House Counsel at Progressive Corp.

He received a graduate degree from Indiana University and an undergraduate degree from Butler University.
