In the past Mr. Walker occupied the position of Chief Strategy Officer & Executive Vice President at Assurant, Inc. Chief Financial Officer & Treasurer for Union Security Life Insurance Company of New York, Co-Chief Financial Officer & Treasurer at United Dental Care of Texas, Inc. and Executive VP-Strategy & Business Development at Assurant Specialty Property (which are all subsidiaries of Assurant, Inc.).
