Presently, Shih Szu Wang occupies the position of General Director at Tourism Bureau of Tainan City Government, Director General at Ketagalan Foundation, General Director at Judicial Reform Foundation and General Director at Taiwan Association For Human Rights. Ms. Wang is also on the board of China Airlines Ltd. and General Director-Information Department at Kaohsiung City.

She received a graduate degree from Duke University.
