Adeline Fong

Ms. Adeline Fong is a Deputy CEO & Head of Asset Management at Straits Real Estate Pte.
Ltd.
He Joined firm in November 2014 and is currently the Deputy Chief Executive Officer and Head of Asset Management of the company.
She is responsible for driving Straits Real Estate’s asset management strategies and is adept in adopting holistic approaches for value creation.
She has more than 25 years of experience in real estate investment, asset management and property development.
Prior to joining Straits Real Estate, Ms Fong was Assistant Director of Asset Management at Alpha Investment Partners.
She had also been the Head of Business Development and Investment at OUB Centre Limited.
He holds a Bachelor of Business from the Nanyang Technological University and a Master of Science in Real Estate from the National University of Singapore.
