Mr. Crompton joined the finance industry in 1997 after completing a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Monash University.
He started his career with AXA Australia where he experienced a diverse range of roles in the areas of funds management and master trust operations.
Prior to joining United in 2002, Mr. Crompton was the Senior Quantitative Analyst and member of the Investment Committee for Partnership Planning's (an ING Group company) multi-manager funds management operations.
Mr. Crompton has completed a Graduate Diploma of Applied Finance and Investments with the Securities Institute of Australia and is an Associate of the Securities Institute of Australia (ASIA).
