Winter is the founder of Braintree Holdings LLC (founded in 2003) where she holds the title of Chief Executive Officer and Gracious Exit LLC (founded in 2014) where she holds the title of Chief Executive Officer.
She also held former positions as an Independent Outside Director at Nordstrom, Inc., a Board of Director at California HealthCare Foundation, and as a Senior Advisor And Consultant at Northern Trust Corp.
(from 1971 to 2006).
Ms. Winter received an undergraduate degree from the University of San Francisco and an MBA degree from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business (conferred in 1975).
