Arntsen is Partner at Foley & Lardner LLP (Venture Capital).
Mr. Arntsen chairs the Downtown Madison, Inc. board of directors and is a member of the City of Madison Library board and Joint City/University Committees reviewing land use issues.
He chaired the City of Madison Reapportionment Committee and the Downtown Madison Historic Preservation Task Force.
He is past chairman of the Madison Development Corporation, past vice chairman of the Madison Plan Commission, and was the volunteer head coach of the Madison East High School mock trial team for many years.
Mr. Arntsen graduated from the University of Wisconsin – Madison in 1981 and was a law clerk to Wisconsin Supreme Court Justice Roland B.

He has authored publications and has taught attorneys, government officials, engineers, and real estate professionals in the areas of intellectual property, land use, eminent domain, and trial practice.
