Branch Senior Vice President and President of Maritime and Intelligence Sector Allen "Al" Branch is Senior Vice President and President of Maritime and Intelligence Sector for The Titan Corporation.
Mr. Branch joined Titan through the acquisition of Delfin Systems in 1998, continuing as General Manager of the Engineering and Management Services Division.
At Delfin he had served for 13 years as General Manager of a division and a principal engineer involved in numerous C4ISRT projects.
In 1999, Mr. Branch was appointed President and General Manager of Systems Services Group for Titan.
In this position he was responsible for a four division group providing engineering and information services to maritime and intelligence customers.
In 2002, Mr. Branch was appointed Senior Vice President and President of his sector, which includes seven divisions.
Mr. Branch served 22 years as a career U.S.
Naval Aviator.
He was a Commanding Officer and Maintenance Officer of Patrol Squadrons.
He also served as fleet instructor in Battle Group tactics, EW and targeting, including multiple Battle Group work-ups at sea as a special Carrier Group Staff assistant.
Additionally he was the Communications Officer and a Department Head of the aircraft carrier USS Kitty Hawk.
Prior to joining Titan, he was a Communications Engineer for Lockheed Missiles and Space Company.
Mr. Branch graduated from the Naval War College at Newport, Rhode Island and from National University, San Diego, with an MBA.
He also holds an MS, Telecommunications from Naval Postgraduate School and a BA, Business Administration from The University of Texas at Austin.
