SBI Funds Management Ltd. (SBIFM) is an independent India-based mutual fund management firm which was founded in 1992 as a joint venture between State Bank of India (63%) and Societe Generale SA (37%) in France. In 2009, Societe Generale and Credit Agricole SA merged their global asset management businesses, and in 2011, Amundi SA (owned 75% by Credit Agricole and 25% by Societe Generale) acquired Societe Generale's stake. Headquartered in Mumbai, SBIFM actively manages investor's assets not only through their investment expertise in domestic mutual funds, but also through offshore funds and portfolio management advisory services. Their clients are various financial institutions, pension funds, local and international asset management companies.

Canara Robeco Asset Management Co. Ltd. (CRAMC) is an Indian fund management firm which was founded in 1993 as Canbank Investment Management Services Ltd. through a joint venture between Canara Bank and Robeco Groep NV (now known as ORIX Corp Europe NV) in The Netherlands. Headquartered in Mumbai, CRAMC manages the Canara Robeco mutual funds for individual and institutional investors.
