Andrew J. Hannigan

Andrew J.
Hannigan is Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Centex Homes, which consistently ranks among the nation's largest home builders.
Mr. Hannigan joined Centex Homes' Illinois operation in 1976 as an Assistant Controller.
He became President of the company's Central Florida division in 1985.
In 1989, Mr. Hannigan was named Executive Vice President of the company's southeast region.
In 1996, Mr. Hannigan was elected Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Centex Homes and was named President and Chief Operating Officer in 1998.
He was named Chief Executive Officer in 2002 and assumed the additional role of Chairman of the company in 2003.
Mr. Hannigan holds both a B.S.
in finance and an M.B.A.
from Northern Illinois University.
