Anthony D. Cotrupe

Mr. Cotrupe brings to Paramax many years of experience in business valuations, economic consulting, investment banking, and private equity.
Mr. Cotrupe began his career in Ernst & Young’s Valuation Services Group where he performed pre- and post-transaction valuations for companies in a variety of industries, including pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, telecommunications, distribution and manufacturing.
Mr. Cotrupe was an economist in Ernst & Young’s International Services Office where he provided economic consulting services to multinational corporations for strategic planning, transfer pricing, and litigation support.
After Ernst & Young, Mr. Cotrupe spent eight years at J.P.
Morgan (formerly Chemical Bank and Chase Manhattan Bank), first as an investment banker in Chemical’s Emerging Markets Investment Banking Group, where he structured debt and equity securities for companies in Brazil, Argentina, Venezuela, and Chile.
Mr. Cotrupe then started and ran the Private Equity Group in Chase’s Global Private Bank where he sourced, structured, and executed venture capital and buyout transactions for Chase’s high net worth clients worldwide.

Morgan, Mr. Cotrupe was a Private Equity Fund manager with GKM Generation Funds where he managed a private equity fund of funds focusing on venture capital and buyout investments.
Most recently, Mr. Cotrupe had been a director in the Valuation Group of Huron Consulting in New York City.
Mr. Cotrupe received his BA in Political Science from the University of Rochester and his MBA in Finance from the William E.
Simon School of Business Administration.
He is also a Chartered Financial Analyst.
