Mr. Roth is the past Chairman and CEO of Universal Fibers, a producer of nylon and polyester fibers for the apparel and carpeting markets, where he served through 2003.
Prior to joining Universal in 1993, Mr. Roth served as President and CEO of Bigelow/Huega, Balta America and Lawrin Co., consecutively, from 1985 to 1993 and as a General Manager at Milliken from 1979 to 1985.
He is currently engaged as an advisor and board member to several private companies and non-profit organizations with special interest in organizational behavior.
Mr. Roth earned a BS in engineering from West Point.
