Arun is currently Independent Director and Strategic Advisor to Boards of large businesses, ranging from Financial Services, Consumer Products, new age AgriTech & FinTech and HR Services, in both B2B and B2C contexts.
Arun specializes in Digital Transformation, new technologies (AI/ML/Blockchain) and creating strong leadership teams and talent pipeline.
Arun Joined New Mountain Capital as Senior Advisor, with specific focus on India and AI / Digital Transformation, in July 2023.
Arun graduated in Mathematics & Statistics from St. Joseph’s College, India in 1989 and holds a Post Graduate Honors Diploma (MBA) from XLRI-Jamshedpur, India (1991).
He attended Advanced Leadership program from IMD, Switzerland in 2016 and is a Certified Independent Board Director from the Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs, India.
