Bernardo Marques dos Santos

Bernardo joined Qualitas Equity Funds in 2020 as an Investment Director.
He is currently responsible, along with the partners, for the analysis and valuation of investments in Mid-market funds and potential co-investment opportunities.
Before joining Qualitas Funds, Bernardo worked for 7 years in Strategy Consulting at Bain & Company and Accenture Strategy in the London, Iberia and Sao Paulo offices.
Bernardo led the development of several strategic plans for Top Tier companies in Consumer Goods, Manufacturing and Financial Institutions.
Moreover, was a member of the dedicated Private Equity team at Bain & Company where he was involved in several commercial Due Diligences and developed value creation plans for the major European Private Equity Funds.
His Private Equity experience was complemented at Bridgepoint, where he had the chance to work as an associate in the deal team.
Bernardo holds a Master in Business Administration (MBA) at London Business School, after graduation in Industrial Engineering and Management at University of Oporto.
