Mr. Stone joined Plante Moran Financial Advisors in 2003 following six years with a national financial counseling firm where he provided personal financial and investment counseling services to senior-level corporate executives, officers, and high net worth individuals.
His areas of expertise include investment consulting and personal financial planning.
Mr. Stone received his bachelor of science degree from State University of New York at Buffalo and his master of business administration degree from Wayne State University.
He is also certified as an investment management analyst by the Investment Management Consultants Association, which involved coursework and an examination taken at the Wharton School.
He is one of only approximately 5,500 people nationwide to hold this prestigious designation.
His professional affiliations include the Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards and the Financial Planning Association.
