Thomas is Senior Vice President-Distribution at Curian Capital LLC.
In his role, he is responsible for strategic leadership and management of the company’s RIA distribution channel.
Additionally, he leverages his experience in the exchange-traded fund (ETF) industry to explore product expansion opportunities across all of Curian’s distribution channels.
Prior to joining Curian, Mr. Thomas served as Chief Executive Officer of Grail Advisors, where he launched the first active exchange-traded fund in the market.
He also was Senior Vice President and Head of Distribution for Schwab Investment Management.
Mr. Thomas graduated from Lake Forest College in Lake Forest, Illinois, with a bachelor’s degree in history and is a former chairman of the Mutual Fund Education Alliance.
