Bo Liu

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Liu was the Senior Vice President and General Manager of China for Ewing Management Group ("EMG"), a US based private equity firm.
At EMG, he led the establishment of its Shanghai office and was responsible for deal origination and execution, managing portfolio companies and serving on their boards.
Mr. Liu also has extensive experience in business consulting and led a number of projects at Bain & Co. and A.T.
Kearney, advising clients including major Chinese corporates, multinationals, and private equity firms.
Mr. Liu received his MBA from the University of Michigan Business School and a B.S.
in MIS and Finance from Robert Morris College, US.
