Brendan A. McLoughlin

Brendan A.
McLoughlin has been a Director of Intraware, Inc. since July 2002.
He is a Member of the Audit, Nominating, Corporate Governance and the Special Litigation Committees and is Chairman of the Compensation Committee of Intraware.
From September 1998 to April 2001, Mr. McLoughlin served as Senior Vice President of Sales at Navigation Technologies Corporation.
From August 1997 to June 1998 he served as Senior Vice President of Sales for Fujitsu Personal Computer Company and Senior Vice President of World Wide Sales at Vision Tek Corporation from September 1996 to July 1997.
From May 1993 to August 1996, Mr. McLoughlin served as Senior Vice President of worldwide Sales at Dataflex Corporation.
From 1983 to 1993, he held various management positions at Compaq Computer Corporation, including Vice President of North American Corporate Sales.
From 1968 to 1983, Mr. McLoughlin held various positions at IBM Corporation.
He received a BA degree in Business Administration from Belmont Abbey College and has completed executive management courses at Harvard University Business School and the University of Pennsylvania Wharton School of Business.
