Bruce C. Lowrey

Mr. Lowrey previously served as Senior Vice President – Co-Head of the Hospitality Industry Division for Capmark Finance Inc. where he participated in all aspects of the capital market activities, including the oversight of over $11 billion in hotel and golf loans in more than 700 separate transactions.
Prior to his time with Capmark, he held various positions in mortgage banking.
He is a featured speaker at many lodging industry events and has contributed to industry magazines such as National Real Estate Investor, Real Estate Forum, Hotel and Motel Management, and Lodging & Hospitality.
He is a member of the Urban Land Institute, the International Lodging Finance Council and the Advisory Board of the Hunter Hotel Investment Conference.
Mr. Lowrey received a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Denison University.
