In 2023, they were acquired by Kovitz Investment Group Partners LLC, which is ultimately owned by Focus Financial Partners, Inc. Newman Schimel provides investment management and retirement planning services to high-net-worth and ultra-high net worth individuals, which includes professional athletes.
