Londe is a Senior Consultant & Chief Compliance Officer at ProManage LLC.
He was the Chief Executive Officer since its inception as Strategic Financial Concepts, Inc. in 1998.
Effective June 4, 2018 he handed over the CEO reins to Tony Sabos.
In addition to being a Senior Consultant, Mr. Londe continues to exercise his duties as the Chief Compliance Officer.
He splits his time between Chicago headquarters and St. Louis office, which he manages.
His career spans 4 decades in the employee benefits and compensation industry.
Mr. Londe has been an employee benefits attorney; a benefits, compensation and human resources consultant; and he was the Director of Benefits at Purina Mills and the Director of Benefits and Compensation at Ralston Purina Company.
He pioneered the use of automatic elections into managed account programs in 401(k) plans and helped pave the way for the Qualified Default Investment Alternative (QDIA) rules.
He attended Washington University where he earned both an undergraduate degree and then a Law degree.
He also has attended Harvard Business School’s Executive Education program and worked on special initiatives with HBS’s Chairman of the Doctoral Programs, on behalf of Watson Wyatt Worldwide (now, Willis Towers Watson).
