Carol S. Lokey

Carol Lokey is the Vice President of Finance at Orca Bay Capital Corporation, a company that has provided financial and back office support to Orca Bay Partners since its inception.
Ms. Lokey joined Orca Bay Capital in June of 1999, and was previously chief financial officer at Frazier & Company, a private equity firm based in Seattle.
In addition, Ms. Lokey has financial and management experience at a variety of start-up and operating companies.
She has been a Certified Public Accountant since 1982 and has a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Gonzaga University.
Ms. Lokey is a member of the board of directors of Steelhead Partners, L.L.C., a Seattle-based hedge fund manager.
