The Group's principal activities are operating departmental stores, real estate and mail order business. The Group operates under the following divisions : Retail Trade and Real Estate. Retail Trade division includes retail trade activities of departmental stores, real estate, restaurants, fashion bazaars, Beach mountain, Molino restaurants, bonus card and mail order through Jelmoli AG. Real Estate division provides real estate activities such as office space to rent; logistics centres, shopping centres and departmental stores. Buchental Handels AG and Preisinsel AG were sold during the year.
