Burns, CPA joined the Company in 2003 as Chief Accounting Officer.
From September 2002 to October 2003 Mr. Burns was the Corporate Controller for Nauticus Networks, Inc., a privately held high-speed secure switching company.
From January 1998 to August 2002 Mr. Burns was the Corporate Controller at MCK Communications, Inc., a remote access telephony company which grew from $5 million to $40 million during his tenure highlighted by a successful initial public offering and follow on offering.
Mr. Burns began his career with Coopers & Lybrand in Boston, Massachusetts.
He has a B.S.
in Accountancy and an MBA from Bentley College.
