Claus W. Hirsch

Mr. Hirsch has over thirty years of Wall Street experience, including positions with Lehman Brothers and the brokerage firm of Auerbach, Pollak & Richardson.
While affiliated with the latter firm, he was a runner-up for the annual Institutional Investor Magazine "All-Star Research Team" for his coverage of REITs.
Twenty years were spent with Lehman, including fifteen years in the Lehman Management Company asset management subsidiary, where at various times he held the post of Director of Research and member of the Investment Policy Committee.
Mr. Hirsch received a B.S.
degree from the University of Denver and an M.B.A.
degree from the Wharton School of Finance of the University of Pennsylvania.
He is a Chartered Financial Analyst and long-time member of the New York Society of Security Analysts.
He was formerly a board member and Treasurer of the Bank and Financial Analysts Association.
Mr. Hirsch has been affiliated with Corinthian Partners, L.L.C.
for five years.
