Prior to joining American Capital in March 2008, Mr. Cropper spent five years as an Associate and Vice President in Lehman Brothers’ investment banking division in New York.
While at Lehman Brothers he executed numerous high yield, leveraged loan and M&A transactions for companies in the industrial sector.
Mr. Cropper earned an M.B.A.
from the Anderson School at UCLA and a B.A.
in International Relations from Brigham Young University.
