From 1989 to 1995, Mr. Spiegler was Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President of United Research Laboratories, Inc. and Mutual Pharmaceutical Company, Inc., companies engaged in the generic pharmaceutical industry.
From 1973 to 1989, Mr. Spiegler held a number of financial and operational management functions, including Vice President and Controller of Fischer and Porter, Inc., a manufacturer of process control equipment.
From 1970 to 1973, Mr. Spiegler was employed by the accounting firm of Arthur Andersen and Co. Mr. Spiegler is a certified public accountant and has an MBA from Temple University.
