Olandan Davenport is General Counsel at Lionchase Holdings, Inc. He joined the firm in February 2012.
Mr. Davenport has a strong background in both domestic and international transactions.
He has successfully completed transactions with a wide range of public private agencies including the the U.S.
Export-Import Bank.
Mr. Davenport has a strong set of negotiation and management skills to contracts, portfolio development, and technology transfer.
His experience includes work abroad in a wide range of energy related matters in oil-producing countries.
Mr. Davenport received his undergraduate degree from Guilford College and has a J.D.
from the Howard University School of Law in Washington, D.C.
He has a Diploma in International Private Law from Salzburg, Austria, and an LL.M Masters in International Business and Taxation from the McGeorge School of Law, University of the Pacific.
