Dan A. DeCanniere

Mr. DeCanniere joined Baird Capital Partners in 2006.
He works with the Business Services team to drive operational value in the portfolio, while helping to source and evaluate new investments and coordinate operating resources.
He last served as Chief Financial Officer of Hewitt Associates for 10 years, including the transition of the firm from a private partnership to a NYSE listed corporation.
During his tenure, the Company grew from $600 million to nearly $3 billion in revenues, including almost $1 billion of acquisitions.
Prior to Hewitt, he was the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer for a large architectural/engineering firm, where he led a successful restructuring of the firm.
He also served in various roles including Chief Administrative Officer, Chief Financial Officer and Partner at Peterson Consulting, from initial start-up through sale of the company to a strategic buyer for over $100 million.
Mr. DeCanniere began his career at Arthur Andersen, where he was a manager prior to the Peterson spin-off.
He holds a BS in accounting from the University of Illinois.
