He was Director of Reinsurance, Senior Vice President, Director of National Accounts, an Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer for Associated Aviation Underwriters.
Mr. Izard was President of the London-based International Union of Aviation Insurers, Chairman of the Associate Member Advisory Council and a Director of the National Business Aviation Association.
He served as a Pilot and an Officer in the US Air Force.
Currently, Mr. Izard is a Trustee of Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University and a Director of Duncan Aviation, Inc. He received an undergraduate degree from the University of Illinois.
