Daniel Shih

Mr. Daniel Shih is a Director at Colliers International (Hong Kong) Ltd., a Member at American Institute of Certified Planners, American Planning Association and The Urban Land Institute.
He has more than 18 years of professional experience for large scale land planning and development.
He has built a thorough understanding regarding China land development context, developed a strong consulting practice, and the ability to mobilize external resources to enhance project values.
In his previous role at AECOM, Mr. Shih spear-headed an 80-strong economic development consultancy team that undertook various studies of cities that are resilient, sustainable and livable.
His experience in assessing the direct impact of factors such as globalization, climate change, and aging populations on real estate capital values will create the differentiation for our business with our clients.
He holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Wisconsin, Madison, earned his Master of Arts in Social Science from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology and Master of Urban and Regional Planning from the California State Polytechnic University, Pomona.
