Daniel Walden Pettway

Mr. Daniel W.
Pettway is a Managing Partner at Councilmark Asset Management LLC.
Prior to founding Councilmark Asset Management in 1999, he was President of Pettway Petroleum, a regional petroleum distribution and packaging concern in Chattanooga, Tennessee.
Mr. Pettway served in that capacity until he and his family sold the company to strategic buyers in the industry.
He founded Highpoint Management Company, a private investment company, in 1996.
He has extensive experience in financial structure and analysis and has directed and participated in numerous private equity transactions.
He was previously with First Tennessee Bank and First Union Corporation in their corporate banking divisions.
He serves as Vice Chairman of the Board of the Chattanooga Christian Community Foundation and is Chairman of its Investment Committee.
He also is serving his second term as a member of the City Council of the City of Lookout Mountain.
He is on the boards of several private companies and charitable organizations.
Mr. Pettway holds a BA in Economics from Vanderbilt University.
