In addition to his 30 plus years of investment management experience, he serves as Chairman, Sacramento Employee Pension Fund and is a member of the Capital Public Radio Endowment Board.
He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of South Carolina and a Master of Arts in Labor and Industrial Relations from Michigan State University.
