David Espitallier

Prior to joining Finaventures, Mr. Espitallier was a manager at KPMG Transaction Services in Paris.
He completed the audits for 12 acquisitions for Finaventures as well as other various advisory assignments buy and sell side due diligences, valuation, etc for international clients in Italy, the UK, the Netherlands, Slovakia, Bulgaria, Morocco and was also involved in restructuring assignments.
His sector expertise included insurance, banking, telecommunications and new technologies.
Mr. Espitallier began his career as organization consultant at Société Général and then as statutory auditor financial services in KPMG Paris and London for clients such as HSBC and Credit Suisse.
Mr. Espitallier is a graduate of Reims Management School in France.
