Mr. Millstein recently retired as a partner of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP ("PwC").
During his 32-year career with PwC, Mr. Millstein held a number of roles as a tax partner, including Tax Partner-in-Charge of the New Jersey and the West Coast business units.
He also was National Real Estate Industry Chair.
For the period 1998 thru 2002, Mr. Millstein was a member of PwC's Global Tax Executive where he had responsibility for the firm's global tax products and services.
For the past three years, Mr. Millstein served as the Business Development Partner for the firm's San Francisco office.
Mr. Millstein, 59 years old, has a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the Wharton School and a Juris Doctor from the University of Pennsylvania School of Law.
He also received a Master of Laws degree from the New York University Graduate School of Law.
He is a CPA in California.
